With a Fada is an independent magazine giving a platform to creatives across the island of Ireland.
We celebrate both emerging and established talent through interviews, photography, writing, and visual work. The magazine is rooted in community and collaboration, having fun through photoshoots, nights out, and honest conversations.
With A Fada is about documenting creativity as it really happens — social, messy, thoughtful, and full of personality — while creating space for voices from across the island to be seen and heard.
Launch Night Maddens Bar Belfast

The With A Fada launch night took place in Maddens Bar, Belfast, and it was truly something special. The evening opened with a stunning Irish Artists Cover Set performed by Megan McConnell & Rose MacHugh. Amy O’Brien had the room in giggling with her poetry reading, while Niamh McWilliams-Small (Papersleeve) captured attendees through live portrait illustrations.
To round off the night, Esmeralda Road mesmerised us all with a beautiful acoustic set in the cosy surroundings. A huge thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to a night that will be remembered fondly — one that celebrated community, creativity, and collaboration in Belfast.
